Red-light camera locations
Traffic Police publish a numbered list of named junctions where they deploy cameras to detect red-light running. The list states that its 241 entries are accurate as of 1 July 2026; this article explains what it publishes rather than copying every coordinate.

Traffic Police publish “the list of Traffic Police-deployed enforcement camera locations for detecting red-light running offences” as a numbered table of named junctions with coordinates (SPF, Red Light Camera Locations).
The page states that its information is accurate as of 1 July 2026. Its numbered table runs from item 1 (Adam Rd by Dunearn Rd towards Farrer Rd) to item 241 (Yishun Ave 8 near lamp-post 31 by Yishun St 44 towards Yishun Ave 1); each row gives a location description and coordinates (SPF, Red Light Camera Locations).
This article does not reproduce all 241 coordinates. The live official list is the source for whether a particular junction is on it. What the page publishes is:
- that these are TP-deployed cameras for red-light running;
- a public, numbered, named-junction list (not a hidden operational map);
- approach descriptions of the form “Road A by Road B towards Road C”, sometimes with a lamp-post or block number.
Failing to conform to traffic light signals is listed as an asterisked offence with 12 demerit points and composition of $400 for light vehicles or $500 for heavy vehicles. SPF says motorists incur two additional demerit points for specified offences committed at pedestrian crossings, or offences that endanger pedestrian safety in School Zones, Silver Zones, or Friendly Streets. The $100 composition-fine increase applies to those offences committed within the named zones or streets, subject to a total composition fine not exceeding $500 (SPF, Penalties for Traffic Offences).
The current Driver Improvement Points System Rules, rule 3(1A)–(1B) describe the additional demerit-point award for listed offences committed in a demarcated School Zone, Silver Zone, or Friendly Streets zone; where zone types overlap, the additional award under this rule is capped at two points. LTA and MHA said the Friendly Streets enhancement would take effect on 1 January 2026: traffic offences that endanger others within Friendly Streets incur two additional demerit points and a $100 increase in composition fines (LTA and MHA, Friendlier and Safer Walk Cycle Ride Journeys).
OneMotoring’s informative-sign notes include a “red light camera at intersection” sign and say to stop when the signal changes to amber. Under the Traffic Signs Rules, an amber light prohibits a vehicle from proceeding beyond the stop line or associated broken lines, except when the vehicle is so close to the line when amber first appears that it cannot safely stop before it (OneMotoring, Driving Rules and Information; Singapore Statutes Online, Road Traffic (Traffic Signs) Rules, rule 11).
Coverage debt
- The list states an accuracy date, 1 July 2026; it does not state whether each listed camera is operating at all times. Inclusion alone does not establish live operating status.
- SPF's penalty-page footnote mentions pedestrian-crossing offences before saying that composition fines for “these offences” committed within the named zones or streets rise by $100. The pages reviewed do not clarify whether a crossing-related offence outside those zones receives that composition increase.
