Methods of payment for traffic offences
Traffic Police accept composition and court-fine payments only through e-Services or AXS channels, not over the counter at TP Headquarters, with stated card, NETS, and reference-number rules.

Traffic Police accept payments only via SPF e-Services or AXS payment channels. Payments will not be accepted over the counter at TP Headquarters (SPF, Methods of Payment for Traffic Offences).
Composition amount
For a traffic offence composition amount you may pay (SPF, Methods of Payment for Traffic Offences):
- e-Services, by Visa / MasterCard / Internet Banking. This method is not available for pedestrian and bicycle offences.
- AXS stations, AXS e-Stations (internet portal), and AXS m-Stations (mobile app), by CashCard or through NETS with an ATM card or credit card.
For AXS, use the 16-digit numeric Payment Reference Number or the vehicle number. Payment can only be made after 3 working days from the date of offence. SPF points AXS enquiries to the AXS website or the AXS Hotline 6560 2727 (SPF, Methods of Payment for Traffic Offences).
Court fines
If you fail to pay the composition amount by the expiry date of the notice but do not wish to dispute the alleged offence in Court, you can pay a higher fine via the ATOMS application on AXS stations, e-Stations, and m-Stations (SPF, Methods of Payment for Traffic Offences).
Pay before 5.00pm on the Court date stated in the notice. Use the 12-digit numeric Report Number, and look for the ‘State Courts’ icon on the screen (SPF, Methods of Payment for Traffic Offences).
Coverage debt
