Check which agency issued the notice

LTA’s offence page covers common vehicle-related offences such as bus-lane violations, ERP violations, illegal parking, illegal vehicle modifications, off-peak car offences, road-tax offences, and vehicle-registration offences. For notices issued by HDB, Traffic Police, or URA, LTA directs readers to the relevant agency’s website (LTA, LTA Offences & Fines).

Check or pay an LTA fine

LTA provides a digital service to check outstanding fines and a six-month history of vehicle-related offences. LTA cautions that notices and changes in their status may take a few working days to appear in the system (LTA, LTA Offences & Fines).

The LTA page directs motorists to pay fines online through Pay LTA Fines and ERP Charges or through AXS (LTA, LTA Offences & Fines).

Appeal or identify the driver or rider

LTA provides a digital service to submit an appeal on a vehicle-related offence and a separate service to check the appeal’s status (LTA, LTA Offences & Fines).

If the person who received the offence notice was not the driver or rider who committed the offence, LTA provides a service to furnish that person’s particulars. LTA says the offence notice will then be issued to the driver or rider who committed the offence (LTA, LTA Offences & Fines).

Coverage debt

The LTA overview links to the digital services but does not state offence-specific payment deadlines, appeal grounds, or evidence requirements. Follow the relevant notice and current service instructions for those details (LTA, LTA Offences & Fines).
