Speed enforcement camera locations

Traffic Police publish lists of enforcement camera locations for detecting speeding offences. The live page fetched on 2026-09-12 states that the information is accurate as at 7 July 2025 (SPF, Speed Enforcement Camera Locations).
This article records the types of cameras TP describe and the named roads on those lists. It does not scrape cameras that are not on the official page. Coordinates on the live page are omitted here; use that page if you need GPS.
Fixed speed cameras (Traffic Police)
TP list 20 fixed locations (each typically a pair of opposite directions) (SPF, Speed Enforcement Camera Locations):
- Ayer Rajah Expressway towards City; towards Jurong
- Boon Lay Way towards Commonwealth Avenue West; towards Jalan Boon Lay
- Bukit Batok Road towards Chua Chu Kang Road; towards Jurong Town Hall Road
- Bukit Timah Expressway towards Pan Island Expressway; towards Woodlands
- Holland Road towards Napier Road; towards Ulu Pandan Road
- Pan Island Expressway towards East Coast Parkway; towards Tuas
- Seletar Expressway towards Bukit Timah Expressway; towards Central Expressway
- Upper Thomson Road towards Lornie Road; towards Sembawang Road
- Yishun Avenue 1 towards Lentor Avenue; towards Yishun Avenue 8
- Yishun Avenue 2 towards Lentor Avenue; towards Sembawang Road
LTA cameras on KPE and MCE
TP also publish LTA-deployed speeding cameras along the Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway and Marina Coastal Expressway, and state that Traffic Police utilise these cameras for enforcement (SPF, Speed Enforcement Camera Locations):
- KPE 2.3 km, 4.3 km, and 7.0 km towards Tampines Expressway
- KPE 1.3 km, 4.7 km, and 7.4 km towards East Coast Parkway
- MCE 3.6 km towards KPE (Camera A and Camera B)
- MCE 2.8 km, 4.3 km, and 5.8 km towards Ayer Rajah Expressway (the 2.8 km and 4.3 km entries each list Camera A and Camera B)
Mobile speed cameras
Five Traffic Police-deployed mobile locations are listed (SPF, Speed Enforcement Camera Locations):
- BKE (near LP 439) at Turf Club Ave (exit) towards Woodlands Checkpoint
- Clementi Ave 6 (near LP 21) towards AYE
- Seletar Link (LP 37) towards Seletar North Link
- Sengkang West Road (Lp 41) towards Seletar Rd
- Upper Changi Road East (near L/P 82F) towards Simei Rd
Average speed cameras
Average-speed cameras are listed on Tanah Merah Coast Road between stated lamp posts, in both directions (SPF, Speed Enforcement Camera Locations):
- towards Aviation Park Road, between Lamp Post 361A and Lamp Post 504A (six GPS rows)
- towards East Coast Parkway, between Lamp Post 504 and Lamp Post 361 (six GPS rows)
Police speed laser cameras
These are physically manned by Traffic Police. The live list has 50 named locations, including stretches of AYE, BKE, CTE, ECP, KJE, PIE, TPE, Braddell Road, Clementi Avenue 6, Commonwealth Avenue West, Lornie Road, Mandai Road, Nicoll Highway, Tampines Avenue 5 and 10, Upper Thomson Road, West Coast Highway, Woodlands Avenue 2 and 12, Aviation Park Road, Jalan Buroh, and Sengkang West Way (SPF, Speed Enforcement Camera Locations).
